Want to get more visitors to your site? Add a link to your website to your Email Signature.
Not sure how? Follow these simple steps:
Yahoo!
- Log in to your Yahoo Email account.
- Go to options (on the right hand side of the screen when you’re looking at your inbox)
- Choose more options
- Select signature.
- Enter the information you want, such as your name, title, website URL and phone number.
- With your mouse, select the URL you entered.
- Hit the button that looks like a globe with a chain on it.
- When the box pops up, enter your URL in this format: http://www.yourdomainhere.com.
- Add whatever else you want, formatting it as you like.
- Select the “Show a signature on all outgoing messages” and save changes.
Outlook
- Go to Tools
- Select Options
- Choose Mail Format
- Click on Signatures.
- Add a New Signature.
- Enter the information you want, such as your name, title, website URL and phone number.
- With your mouse, select the URL you entered.
- Hit the button that looks like a globe with a chain on it.
- When the box pops up, enter your URL in this format: http://www.yourdomainhere.com.
- Add whatever else you want, formatting it as you like.
- Click “OK”.
